1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the VSun Pay platform operated by Vaarahi Sunshine Wealth & Infra Private Limited, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Registration and Membership

2.1 Registration Fee

  • One-time registration fee of ₹699 (including GST)
  • Registration fee is non-refundable
  • Lifetime membership access upon successful payment
  • Instant signup bonus of ₹599 credited to wallet

2.2 Account Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to register
  • Valid mobile number and email address required
  • One account per person allowed
  • Accurate personal information must be provided

3. Income Opportunities

3.1 Types of Income

  • Cashback Income: Up to 4% on mobile recharge and DTH services
  • Sponsor Income: ₹200 per direct referral with no conditions
  • Level Income: 7 levels (Level 1-3: ₹10 each, Level 4-7: ₹5 each)
  • Slot Income: Progressive team-based income up to ₹25,60,00,000
  • Reward Income: Physical rewards (Land at Level 6, Villa & Car at Level 7)
  • Royalty Income: Lifetime income for 50+ direct sponsors (₹20 per new joining)
  • Super Royalty Income: Elite income for 20+ royalty achievers (₹10 per new joining)

4. Withdrawal Terms

Important Withdrawal Requirements

  • Minimum Withdrawal: ₹500
  • Required Referrals: 2 direct referrals must for withdrawals
  • Admin Charges: 5% on all withdrawals
  • TDS: Applicable as per government norms
  • Processing Days: Bank working days only
  • Processing Time: 3-7 working days

5. Platform Usage

5.1 Permitted Use

  • Mobile recharge and DTH services
  • Referring new members to the platform
  • Building legitimate team networks
  • Accessing income opportunities as per guidelines

5.2 Prohibited Activities

  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities
  • Misrepresenting income opportunities
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

6. Reward Income Terms

6.1 Physical Rewards

  • Level 6 Reward: Land reward with 20% deduction from income
  • Level 7 Reward: Villa and car with 20% deduction from income
  • Rewards are subject to availability and location
  • Company reserves the right to substitute equivalent value

7. Royalty Income Terms

7.1 Eligibility

  • 50 direct sponsors required for royalty income
  • 20 royalty achievers in team for super royalty
  • Income shared among all eligible members
  • Lifetime income opportunity

8. Company Rights

  • Right to modify terms and conditions with notice
  • Right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations
  • Right to investigate suspicious activities
  • Right to withhold payments pending investigation
  • Right to update income structures with notice

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, all rights and obligations cease, except for withdrawal of earned amounts as per platform rules.
